I made this card at 5" x 7" so I could make the bride and groom a little larger. I used the Paper Doll Dress Up cartridge and cut them at 4". <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiUCdfqN-aQzAxtVVFBSi8VycHO7WgKDPAZ_rRFw00PH3w__CvoKudAwxmV64CiuXN8nTUKoG9MHoTXUXm9wL34_15MssNBkFSqHeohWcgSOGifiRIDBNYjGtCFtk1ttXgJFT6ghoVzVxoT/s1600/P1010837.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" ida="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiUCdfqN-aQzAxtVVFBSi8VycHO7WgKDPAZ_rRFw00PH3w__CvoKudAwxmV64CiuXN8nTUKoG9MHoTXUXm9wL34_15MssNBkFSqHeohWcgSOGifiRIDBNYjGtCFtk1ttXgJFT6ghoVzVxoT/s320/P1010837.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi7nWnJZfzQluYyO0n_QdpCj_UwQzA_dNqbgOvEKzoAlLVtfm6MKI3RU7mXeCkJ12MQkWQCExQ6KxIlW982cwW5iMxQU1MvS8NNAfGcLVaInpYxwTdZb2FoC-5Vk0yzobZ1p_k4qB6FcV2v/s1600/P1010838.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" ida="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi7nWnJZfzQluYyO0n_QdpCj_UwQzA_dNqbgOvEKzoAlLVtfm6MKI3RU7mXeCkJ12MQkWQCExQ6KxIlW982cwW5iMxQU1MvS8NNAfGcLVaInpYxwTdZb2FoC-5Vk0yzobZ1p_k4qB6FcV2v/s320/P1010838.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I used my iRock and put pearls on her veil. A little pink chalk makes for cute rosy cheeks.<br />

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh6HvXCqQINBekhMNiULA-HmooCoP_xqErx2zgHCBRcLgu2MgyJJquSyKSLTWfXmigQyoBtJyX4DXMCK4oDKporjoJ8d2lH46EuyiyYzR7JsuvPTsYq0xF8qR2T4lgHeKPScUtWbDpr6ugW/s1600/P1010840.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" ida="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh6HvXCqQINBekhMNiULA-HmooCoP_xqErx2zgHCBRcLgu2MgyJJquSyKSLTWfXmigQyoBtJyX4DXMCK4oDKporjoJ8d2lH46EuyiyYzR7JsuvPTsYq0xF8qR2T4lgHeKPScUtWbDpr6ugW/s320/P1010840.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I used some lavender chalk and glitter gel pen to add some color to her bouquet and her dress. <br />
<br />

This is the first time I have made the bride and groom from this cartridge and I think they are really cute. Hope you enjoyed.<br />
<br />
God bless,<br />

Tomorrow is my dads birthday and here is the card that I made for him. I used the Nate's ABCs cartridge for this card. If you don't have this cartridge you might want to check it out, it's really cute.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjBY9WzAExz5QyHPC4pvApW3OSoCOAHg5OG__-SbNGUgaJE9ZEaKVa2kWM-8znT_fiDL0vcS2jR7B7tOeWhpBISQ3J86fwrSc9arnauBoqkf4b7_EF-m8cp_GEJelaaZss9DlKsjf_904ic/s1600/P1010834.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" ida="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjBY9WzAExz5QyHPC4pvApW3OSoCOAHg5OG__-SbNGUgaJE9ZEaKVa2kWM-8znT_fiDL0vcS2jR7B7tOeWhpBISQ3J86fwrSc9arnauBoqkf4b7_EF-m8cp_GEJelaaZss9DlKsjf_904ic/s320/P1010834.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I cut the ants and their shadow at 2". I used my iRock and put jewels for eyes and my white gel pen for some highlights to the little ants. I used my We R Memory Keepers Crop-a-Dile to set two eyelets on each side of the sentiment. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgIcVGIcjIKbU-AYV3xVhZKrh8vpUnytWv8jKZTJjsqD4Tg-7weDobTmJy-U3L0yORKoi_P8kAlKr12ooP-XsE8HnKrTLNcqPXmcybMQ89kPzBxg9JB5aXN4KKZllB8xInPBWCAZzc-M4hz/s1600/P1010835.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" ida="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgIcVGIcjIKbU-AYV3xVhZKrh8vpUnytWv8jKZTJjsqD4Tg-7weDobTmJy-U3L0yORKoi_P8kAlKr12ooP-XsE8HnKrTLNcqPXmcybMQ89kPzBxg9JB5aXN4KKZllB8xInPBWCAZzc-M4hz/s320/P1010835.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I printed the sentiment on the outside of the card and on the inside with my computer. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjsVcka53F0BZ0Wbkz8kmK95uCmYGdXb2dX-nedUOtD5zb5mgEmZhb1ix9A54KX0KeYsnDE06sc6l-BVI-_Z53JBzGjPkiY4Qr5aUM1bUFjIsW6MhbII3I0KktJCfdtggpM86lI4rrUSxj/s1600/P1010836.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" ida="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjjsVcka53F0BZ0Wbkz8kmK95uCmYGdXb2dX-nedUOtD5zb5mgEmZhb1ix9A54KX0KeYsnDE06sc6l-BVI-_Z53JBzGjPkiY4Qr5aUM1bUFjIsW6MhbII3I0KktJCfdtggpM86lI4rrUSxj/s320/P1010836.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I did faux stitching around the inside. I also added a hand written sentiment but, well you know it's personal. I hope you enjoyed my card. <br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD</div><br />

I love to sew and have a rotary cutter that has an Owl pattern on it. One day I had a bright idea to make a charm for my rotary cutter. I do have ideas once in a while (hee, hee). <br />
<div style="text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjr2LIatankXJdnsFE6R6YcQ0yU0he7JoKbLJswLRDeODZDe7Dz4wsOIcpIZG5gn3dRwvRqcIW1HqlurQ6t3eW20Jb1Rt5SYpgfdMeVos9HPoMXIpCOLVcFKsGXlxsPNKL2-AAtP1wFA80x/s1600/P1010808.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" ida="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjr2LIatankXJdnsFE6R6YcQ0yU0he7JoKbLJswLRDeODZDe7Dz4wsOIcpIZG5gn3dRwvRqcIW1HqlurQ6t3eW20Jb1Rt5SYpgfdMeVos9HPoMXIpCOLVcFKsGXlxsPNKL2-AAtP1wFA80x/s320/P1010808.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Here is a closer look so you can see the owls on the cutter.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHPRo3I07ZpXKLakHwXauvSYvBFxYZU9EgCKLLZyB3pD1xeYnMnJld0iHyXOy-nkT9YRde_OBmrEusST4bLwRCknq2X4RRxeie9vs7cpL7wvm0bgZcCB4I2ApCVZE3ydfi01rj_jrkLKho/s1600/P1010811.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" ida="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHPRo3I07ZpXKLakHwXauvSYvBFxYZU9EgCKLLZyB3pD1xeYnMnJld0iHyXOy-nkT9YRde_OBmrEusST4bLwRCknq2X4RRxeie9vs7cpL7wvm0bgZcCB4I2ApCVZE3ydfi01rj_jrkLKho/s320/P1010811.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhEBqv9XrqThLHVkV-hdCc5WVnII9ezyiZBuUkhFr93XSx2mOcWmVnFs21VtbwP6vVZ1Gf8aojLlzNOGhKCCUwwQBLNF09-sHOfrQGvDpPIpG6mFISqad5_EdrB0LFdiFSvY2srM30zonLu/s1600/P1010809.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" ida="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhEBqv9XrqThLHVkV-hdCc5WVnII9ezyiZBuUkhFr93XSx2mOcWmVnFs21VtbwP6vVZ1Gf8aojLlzNOGhKCCUwwQBLNF09-sHOfrQGvDpPIpG6mFISqad5_EdrB0LFdiFSvY2srM30zonLu/s320/P1010809.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">Close up of the front.</div><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhkhMj8xyMrbkOmCBnOl3dT09TN8XP41GfHDgsp_U_zmMJJqjHg8ChhYJTXk6Gtx_qY0XGGvL919ijb9Z7W_lWBJH2COY1_vJ5Z8I__5Kzyc3aeVNXEzPz2GxcIaEpkR_JLlWT6QRlUiJAD/s1600/P1010810.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" ida="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhkhMj8xyMrbkOmCBnOl3dT09TN8XP41GfHDgsp_U_zmMJJqjHg8ChhYJTXk6Gtx_qY0XGGvL919ijb9Z7W_lWBJH2COY1_vJ5Z8I__5Kzyc3aeVNXEzPz2GxcIaEpkR_JLlWT6QRlUiJAD/s320/P1010810.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div style="text-align: center;">And a close up of the back.</div><br />
I used the Create a Critter cartridge and cut out the front and back in a coordinating color. Tried to get a color that would look good with the rotary cutter. I cut out the other layers as well. There is a solid black center and I cut out 6 of these. I glued all 6 of these black layers together, then the other layers were added. Oh don't forget to use a hole punch and punch out the key ring hole as you go. After all was put together I used Mod Podge and a small flat paint brush and applied 3 coats. Let the coats dry in between and don't forget to paint it along the edges. This really makes a nice seal over the paper. <br />
<br />
I have made these before and given them as a gift with the key chain. They really are quick and easy to make. You may want to give it a go and see what other little critters you can use.<br />
<br />
God Bless,<br />

Okay on my previous post I shared a wall hanging called "Puppy Love". I loved those puppies so much that I used the same pattern and made a couple of cards to send to my son's in Texas. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJUgVFuBQ4nafHDPdz9DxoP5d1fbbwgnzqxOb13FCPs5rcIQ6ycjGY0QaopSSG2RstZEOlj6RQo0P12dKOsSY1-w09-vCYbv0TBovTqur3ILiBh2cFMgCb5APvuImMqJwNmix5LOUo_DKC/s1600/P1010822.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" kca="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJUgVFuBQ4nafHDPdz9DxoP5d1fbbwgnzqxOb13FCPs5rcIQ6ycjGY0QaopSSG2RstZEOlj6RQo0P12dKOsSY1-w09-vCYbv0TBovTqur3ILiBh2cFMgCb5APvuImMqJwNmix5LOUo_DKC/s320/P1010822.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>First I used the template to cut out paper pieces instead of the fabric. Boy my Cricut sure is a lot faster and easier than doing this by hand. Then I inked them up and glued them together just the same as we would with our Cricut cut outs.<br />

It was designed by Racheal T. Pellman. It's a fabric wall hanging but the puppies, hearts, leaves and vines are made of wool. This was so much fun to make and I'm in love with the puppies.<br />

I think I'll try and make a card out of these cute little guys.<br />

I used stickles on the cake, flames on the cake, hat and the gifts inside. Love the stickles. <br />
<br />
Here is what I used to make this card.<br />
<strong>Cartridge:</strong> Once Upon A Princess (I LOVE this cartridge)<br />
<strong>Paper:</strong> DCWV<br />
<strong>Misc:</strong> Stickles, white gel pen, flower brads, Studio G stamp, Glossy Accents for spots on dress.<br />
<br />
Thanks for stopping by and God bless,<br />

I was going to post this earlier but my mother checks my blog on a regular basis and she would have seen her gifts I made her. She loves the slippers I knit for her so I have to make a couple pairs a year. She was hinting and hinting about how her pair has a hole in them and she needed new ones. Mind you that this hinting started over a month ago. I just kind of brushed it off and made her wait. I not only knitted up a pair of slippers for her I also made two pairs of ankle socks for her as well.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZFy88cb6cPfuIZ1seprSih18mQd8EPYEYZ63NTvYc7ug1qfGdOskG6hMixWlTXcWEqNn_8QYKEZ26PfGgahZYJZSNLRPSgDZkvVOm7e5ibumDGCvRLeEfBxR0oUL7MLvt9H5bC5koBs72/s1600/P1010770.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" kca="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgZFy88cb6cPfuIZ1seprSih18mQd8EPYEYZ63NTvYc7ug1qfGdOskG6hMixWlTXcWEqNn_8QYKEZ26PfGgahZYJZSNLRPSgDZkvVOm7e5ibumDGCvRLeEfBxR0oUL7MLvt9H5bC5koBs72/s320/P1010770.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisrBK_SCBLQ8_6riA2cp_dApIDBuuUHTbIcmfvQvQgSrph2ijNHDVFi7_unMZo3yBl1hKCiCK9daNlOkZJ4th6GVncilHdJKrr0Z2li7OKI9kRdzZ0V1x70k6tAvkWkXNbzMgO3rH0QgaS/s1600/P1010771.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" kca="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEisrBK_SCBLQ8_6riA2cp_dApIDBuuUHTbIcmfvQvQgSrph2ijNHDVFi7_unMZo3yBl1hKCiCK9daNlOkZJ4th6GVncilHdJKrr0Z2li7OKI9kRdzZ0V1x70k6tAvkWkXNbzMgO3rH0QgaS/s320/P1010771.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>So I went to her work today and delivered the gifts. She loved them. Just talked to her (it's now 8:57pm) in my neck of the woods and she had her slippers on and was very happy. Thanks for taking a look.<br />

Here is a pair of knitted slippers that I made. I first knitted up these slippers and then sewed them to a leather sole. <br />

I made this cute wall hanging out of felt. I wanted to make something for fall, after all it is that time of year. This pattern is called 'Dive Into Fall' and is by Julie Bohringer. I got the pattern out of the Fall 2011 issue of the Fons & Porters magazine. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhmh2iHxmhV4RhitGAz2mUnoHZTQKRjsv2pOaHheD_mpreArxFVFQ97bBO5VfJRE5ntV7hDp9XbvYqNYcWF58m-Eltp52mamPWZGNki2OQCUp7syf2mmc1-JiZKCAnWyasPQWfozDxNyhxg/s1600/P1010795.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" kca="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhmh2iHxmhV4RhitGAz2mUnoHZTQKRjsv2pOaHheD_mpreArxFVFQ97bBO5VfJRE5ntV7hDp9XbvYqNYcWF58m-Eltp52mamPWZGNki2OQCUp7syf2mmc1-JiZKCAnWyasPQWfozDxNyhxg/s320/P1010795.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>Isn't this so cute. It looks like a little boy has fallen into a big pile of leaves. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgwtulVKscvmPva8ZCB3UTX1LbCIvfH8J7A1NaowlT9hhuXEwREcI-0nvvUPOqj8kAiKSZhyphenhyphenbTYC4i3jg2xk6LDqU-1vNVHSJ8G-txZdK7YOLxXgUsV4Vd7Kp5WaWJ6ILVyvX9JK89iwQKI/s1600/P1010796.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" kca="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgwtulVKscvmPva8ZCB3UTX1LbCIvfH8J7A1NaowlT9hhuXEwREcI-0nvvUPOqj8kAiKSZhyphenhyphenbTYC4i3jg2xk6LDqU-1vNVHSJ8G-txZdK7YOLxXgUsV4Vd7Kp5WaWJ6ILVyvX9JK89iwQKI/s320/P1010796.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>Here is a closer look. I cut the leaves out and then sewed veins in the leaves to attach them to the wall hanging. I like how the leaves fluff or curl up at the edges. I just love this wall hanging and all the fall colors. <br />
<br />
God bless,<br />

I love Stickles. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgE_7xBhvgTpOOkhvYprnVxilE8ZgceobdOmI6cT8VLfWHmCOCRGrYy960BNl19x4G8GyAm1x6VU0R9eLZJX_gO3OmWYF1HRQqNBE5Kbp0-SiQMc65tRt86vpSi0lb1eFAHoyj7vovdTosX/s1600/P1010785.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" kca="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgE_7xBhvgTpOOkhvYprnVxilE8ZgceobdOmI6cT8VLfWHmCOCRGrYy960BNl19x4G8GyAm1x6VU0R9eLZJX_gO3OmWYF1HRQqNBE5Kbp0-SiQMc65tRt86vpSi0lb1eFAHoyj7vovdTosX/s320/P1010785.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>I used the Mini Monsters cartridge for this card and my Gypsy. The Mini Monsters cartridge has a card feature that has the shapes already welded together for you. They are super easy to make. You can see how this cute hat open in the picture above. I printed out labels with my blog address on them with my computer so I could easily add them to the backs of my cards. I got this idea from my friend Cindy at <strong><a href="http://cardcrazeeme53.blogspot.com/">Card Crazy Me 53</a></strong>. She makes some beautiful cards so please go over and check out her blog.<br />

This weeks challenge is to incorporate ribbon in your card. <br />

My Aunts birthday is at the end of the month and I want to share the card that I made for her. I saw this Diamond Fold card on <strong>C</strong><a href="http://www.creationswithchristina.com/2011/09/cwc-9611-diamond-fold-card.html"><strong>reations With Christina</strong></a> and she has a great video on how to do this fold. I used my <em>Once Upon a Princess</em> cartridge for this card. This card measures 4"x4". <br />

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLZqhxQvdjlvbethWm7BkXrmF5DVsU3djmQTypdYPXyPEEB9ISIgO325qb6CiM-iVl69sy1Ts8nZfxoisuBPUt6ICKrB8LEmoSXDBj4kvpjwdzSmTWOetzxdfJ01nh767EJZIndmRMvtTP/s1600/P1010743.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" rba="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgLZqhxQvdjlvbethWm7BkXrmF5DVsU3djmQTypdYPXyPEEB9ISIgO325qb6CiM-iVl69sy1Ts8nZfxoisuBPUt6ICKrB8LEmoSXDBj4kvpjwdzSmTWOetzxdfJ01nh767EJZIndmRMvtTP/s320/P1010743.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>Here is the inside of the envelope. This envelope is for an A2 sized card. <br />
<br />
<em>To make this envelope</em> start with a 7 3/4" x 10" piece of paper.<br />
Lay it long ways (10") across the top of your score board and score at 2 1/2" & 7" (this makes the top & bottom flap). Turn paper so the short side is now across the top of your board and score 1" in on either side of the paper (this makes the side flaps). You will now see rectangles on all four corners of the paper, you need to cut these out, then fold on all score lines to make your envelope. To add a decorative lining cut a piece of coordinating paper at 5 1/2" x 4 1/2" and glue to the inside top portion of your envelope. NOTE: the lining does not go all the way down to the bottom of the envelope. You can cut it so it will but I just don't to save paper. You then fold the top flap down to crease the inside lining of your envelope. Fold the two outside small flaps in and place glue on them and fold up the bottom flap. I hope this is not to confusing, maybe I'll do a tutorial on this in the near future.<br />
<br />
God bless you all,<br />

I had shared my Cricut dust covers I had made and as promised here is the one my mother made. She is a big quilter and wanted to incorporate a quilt block into her pattern for the cover. I think her cover turned out really <em>beautiful</em>.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEig-kZiiYRuQTOwNfcKPTdWqjtGgydftxUIzynwFCMue4-nunY1l67yvssP3fhO4vfxGjMMSi53Oi3MrnpTTmQNazH98h0xj60pW7bZiBAnorc-LKo95nczceHBwMHEQcM_IGqVZGgp90MU/s1600/P1010633.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEig-kZiiYRuQTOwNfcKPTdWqjtGgydftxUIzynwFCMue4-nunY1l67yvssP3fhO4vfxGjMMSi53Oi3MrnpTTmQNazH98h0xj60pW7bZiBAnorc-LKo95nczceHBwMHEQcM_IGqVZGgp90MU/s320/P1010633.JPG" width="320" xaa="true" /></a></div>Here is the view from the front. Don't you love the colors she used.<br />

You can find the <a href="http://www.customcrops.com/article_info.php?articles_id=160"><strong>Cricut Dust Cover pattern</strong></a> at <strong><a href="http://www.customcrops.com/article_info.php?articles_id=160">Custom Crops</a></strong>. There is a tutorial there so you can see how it is done. You can alter it and make it your own just as my mother has done. Have fun.<br />

I have a couple of birthdays coming up in September so I thought I would share the a couple cards I made for them. First is my husbands card. He likes monkeys so I made him this card with the <em><strong>Create a Critter</strong></em> cartridge and my Gypsy.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikgcyJW3C4QjgVg-6HPklqXy0kOARnYqz8dzqazLihQ5Ckln9-62a8m_MHwvP121GxApeYWeIGx1KHUwibAtTcorwIO9tq-yHh5drICQK0S_St6xoEd5VcsQADld6e9Tot9-HOGQK3Jzpb/s1600/P1010639.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEikgcyJW3C4QjgVg-6HPklqXy0kOARnYqz8dzqazLihQ5Ckln9-62a8m_MHwvP121GxApeYWeIGx1KHUwibAtTcorwIO9tq-yHh5drICQK0S_St6xoEd5VcsQADld6e9Tot9-HOGQK3Jzpb/s320/P1010639.JPG" width="240" xaa="true" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5SthZ56ynCqPP1-K4z9U01l_1BLlcZxdrHAJEc0MUat86wHvcsX3dCmZIvTC17LT2CwH5g_Pozcnv0hKGG3RbeZPcqVxV_MJ9O4kpMu-xOyEUl6zHlVliHc8BbB7NarUgwAWTKzGJQVwH/s1600/P1010640.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5SthZ56ynCqPP1-K4z9U01l_1BLlcZxdrHAJEc0MUat86wHvcsX3dCmZIvTC17LT2CwH5g_Pozcnv0hKGG3RbeZPcqVxV_MJ9O4kpMu-xOyEUl6zHlVliHc8BbB7NarUgwAWTKzGJQVwH/s320/P1010640.JPG" width="320" xaa="true" /></a></div>I used my Seweasy tool to create the vine.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTrzh9c4Ve6jFtOo-8R0z8z8cmgi4TSdlXTw3im0XYYctIfnjN9uJBERYwIOd_121SlEixA4zrFCEVslkN2qkFo_DTI9I7pbjjxuXCGI9-JbUSjqCh43eicUPZrc1YYJCGUF69V9rebN3h/s1600/P1010641.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiTrzh9c4Ve6jFtOo-8R0z8z8cmgi4TSdlXTw3im0XYYctIfnjN9uJBERYwIOd_121SlEixA4zrFCEVslkN2qkFo_DTI9I7pbjjxuXCGI9-JbUSjqCh43eicUPZrc1YYJCGUF69V9rebN3h/s320/P1010641.JPG" width="320" xaa="true" /></a></div>I know the banana is to big for the monkey but I wanted to put my Happy Birthday stamp on it, so it will just have to do. I added a few dashes and dots here and there with my gel pen to finish it off.<br />
<br />
My 2nd card is for my mother-in-laws birthday. Also used my <em>Gypsy</em> and the <strong><em>Create a Critter</em></strong> for her card.<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjVhQgdh_aSTmLPj-WYJuUzUZHoVm8ohdh0X14KhbyUjnlZ7_j3kecI7yRnEwftCVMfichPt_G2uIecTUM4hS66GSt3vnolARKaLgn2gV6sUCe9o8LcTLw4UeBe5AzHLAiOBbhASXNc6p6r/s1600/P1010634.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjVhQgdh_aSTmLPj-WYJuUzUZHoVm8ohdh0X14KhbyUjnlZ7_j3kecI7yRnEwftCVMfichPt_G2uIecTUM4hS66GSt3vnolARKaLgn2gV6sUCe9o8LcTLw4UeBe5AzHLAiOBbhASXNc6p6r/s320/P1010634.JPG" width="240" xaa="true" /></a></div>This seal is really cute. For the background I used two different <em><strong>Cuttlebug</strong></em> folders in D'vine Swirl and Spots & Dots. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjpkZZpVYnwKDSg1z_lB9mqtP0ltVEZLidU95dW2MKR6WjzQ4RqlwaiKqXcV8s5OdOSg0BHpinVwTTq8jog9uAZUlwiT6d2s2muyt4CWWdcNwG2RL5opNZZFf_GLlHk941tw4GEM1WB47j9/s1600/P1010637.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjpkZZpVYnwKDSg1z_lB9mqtP0ltVEZLidU95dW2MKR6WjzQ4RqlwaiKqXcV8s5OdOSg0BHpinVwTTq8jog9uAZUlwiT6d2s2muyt4CWWdcNwG2RL5opNZZFf_GLlHk941tw4GEM1WB47j9/s320/P1010637.JPG" width="320" xaa="true" /></a></div>Again I used my Seweasy to stitch the banner pattern then added some clear dew drops (not sure what they are called). <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidbAV0a75PYvTm3Zz2_nvRr5yDurCnxOwMgogEThtHC2m_U17mb9mtTCvX-gDi_nF3Js9BPYyHPkZ7wE1WFHcDMH3jKEs3CKo6mMnfl-DUMfQShguVS7M_IOlVdHanYen9LCrE99yaPqLR/s1600/P1010638.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidbAV0a75PYvTm3Zz2_nvRr5yDurCnxOwMgogEThtHC2m_U17mb9mtTCvX-gDi_nF3Js9BPYyHPkZ7wE1WFHcDMH3jKEs3CKo6mMnfl-DUMfQShguVS7M_IOlVdHanYen9LCrE99yaPqLR/s320/P1010638.JPG" width="320" xaa="true" /></a></div>I used my pink chalk on her little nose and added some little white whiskers dots. You can't see it from the photo but I used glossy accents on the nose and eyes. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_QKsdzd6N3nieLQa2EFmrg5HdPRIIQu-1GCYQUGGgFKruGmMNGKSRKDxJAknTcGXsp3GfKDchg44a3HDybSdQ7GeQDTMgaiIMawum4LqT6ktW3pFMDkOUgBC8FssxyP4RcuEfCre1btWS/s1600/P1010635.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh_QKsdzd6N3nieLQa2EFmrg5HdPRIIQu-1GCYQUGGgFKruGmMNGKSRKDxJAknTcGXsp3GfKDchg44a3HDybSdQ7GeQDTMgaiIMawum4LqT6ktW3pFMDkOUgBC8FssxyP4RcuEfCre1btWS/s320/P1010635.JPG" width="320" xaa="true" /></a></div>On the platform I added some chalking and a couple dots of pink stickles. <br />
I hope you enjoyed my cards. Have a great Friday tomorrow.<br />

God Bless,<br />

Sorry I haven't been posting much lately, been a little distracted around here. I got together with my mom last Friday and we worked on making Cricut Dust Covers for our Expressions. We had so much fun together but didn't quite get the covers done, we played around too much I think. Brought mine home and got it finished and then made one for my Cricut Create. She had to have one too. I got the pattern from <a href="http://www.customcrops.com/article_info.php?articles_id=160"><strong>Custom Crops</strong></a>. Here are some photos. <br />

Just a quick post here. I sent a gift box down to my boys in Texas and here is a card that I placed inside of the box. It's from the <strong><em>Create a Critter</em></strong> cartridge. I used my <em>Gypsy</em> to create this card and tag.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigV6BalkzdyY-evmWVQfeIwwmw0LWCEm6RXcv0teQ_8-izksBdArz8kV5D945GzAP-wqq_SJof6ExBEPjXQTV6Ij5BND3IsIwW56rtHsDBv81EPBO7EVllh2pA5OLSXW3CYxy2NWN6aBU7/s1600/P1010574.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" qaa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEigV6BalkzdyY-evmWVQfeIwwmw0LWCEm6RXcv0teQ_8-izksBdArz8kV5D945GzAP-wqq_SJof6ExBEPjXQTV6Ij5BND3IsIwW56rtHsDBv81EPBO7EVllh2pA5OLSXW3CYxy2NWN6aBU7/s320/P1010574.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>I heat embossed the sentiment and used some ribbon and self sticking green pearls to juzz it up a bit. <br />
<br />
God Bless you all,<br />

I have a card to share with you that I made for my son's dog. I know it's a dog but I love him dearly. Just a little bit of background. My oldest son had to move back in with us for a while and had a dog, her name is Chyenne. Well she had puppies while living with us and my youngest wanted to keep one. We let Chris keep one and he named him Ducati. He lived at our house so we basically raised him so he was like my own dog. Both my son's now live in Texas but mama dog Chyenne is staying with us up her in WA for a while. Any how Chris called last week and told us that Ducati (the baby, now 5 yrs old) had a stroke and the whole right side of his face just sags. He sent us a picture and it just broke my heart. So I got out my Gypsy and came up with this card.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNJCF3amLldsCT_6EX6ZbnP8d7H9q3mv6BmMtLXZC0c_i4IFCsZR5Zo2YtDLbtYRzzpHEobm-z6bqUR8d_ZiFz6ouIuJ9d6lPJO4GKZS5t8ewRe7ar7dKsWsnHk952HuDNItRqfCEc8dkA/s1600/P1010609.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" qaa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhNJCF3amLldsCT_6EX6ZbnP8d7H9q3mv6BmMtLXZC0c_i4IFCsZR5Zo2YtDLbtYRzzpHEobm-z6bqUR8d_ZiFz6ouIuJ9d6lPJO4GKZS5t8ewRe7ar7dKsWsnHk952HuDNItRqfCEc8dkA/s320/P1010609.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I started by making a copy of the bone, flipping it over and welding the ends together so I could score it down the center after it was cut to make the base for the card. I then copied the bone again and made it a little larger than the the first bone so I could place it on top of the base. I have some brads that are bones and dog prints that were perfect for this card. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8_r8il-ZOvWtAa3kzpr6uZfqRwGuYJlwfgPBQavxElpEEQMIFJYVZTQ8a6A2RvXjLRrEiyQx4aR9jKaalJKxhc5KUBz7FeAwB2qjMb2ve9SIwUoQ2CdWFCrcZMy2IoBdAqV7BFZ0y-KQx/s1600/P1010611.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" qaa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8_r8il-ZOvWtAa3kzpr6uZfqRwGuYJlwfgPBQavxElpEEQMIFJYVZTQ8a6A2RvXjLRrEiyQx4aR9jKaalJKxhc5KUBz7FeAwB2qjMb2ve9SIwUoQ2CdWFCrcZMy2IoBdAqV7BFZ0y-KQx/s320/P1010611.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I have some doggy stamps so I first stamped this bone, cut it out and then stamped a sentiment in it. The sentiment says "SPOILED BUT WORTH IT!". Used pop dots to place it on the card.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7cJMhVdz_1z9f2apGv1Ov-Sv8ROmYACruNMShicDleMqMsW8DqlEQn-8b6v3F5phx5uud0FMj7F48e8waw6VAZHtUMZenbr9WBjAe4gLu0ozESjG13c99Kb6tmcsyopOPscaokZwMXkte/s1600/P1010610.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" qaa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg7cJMhVdz_1z9f2apGv1Ov-Sv8ROmYACruNMShicDleMqMsW8DqlEQn-8b6v3F5phx5uud0FMj7F48e8waw6VAZHtUMZenbr9WBjAe4gLu0ozESjG13c99Kb6tmcsyopOPscaokZwMXkte/s320/P1010610.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>Here is another stamp from that set. After stamping it I cut it out and punched a hole in the top of the dog tag. Used a little twine to tie it around the dogs neck. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwRGxPaaCNJknM_lncEWlpMXEiGQtlswOG8NZOMxUXO4VyaTdLXIxny8eVTLxAqht4Pj_9bnMlGsCmgU-kdhApMVaGhBc-u5qSKe02xWG_Ddywuipjj4M_UcDsQN8uxQhgxA-ABRplFnP7/s1600/P1010612.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" qaa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhwRGxPaaCNJknM_lncEWlpMXEiGQtlswOG8NZOMxUXO4VyaTdLXIxny8eVTLxAqht4Pj_9bnMlGsCmgU-kdhApMVaGhBc-u5qSKe02xWG_Ddywuipjj4M_UcDsQN8uxQhgxA-ABRplFnP7/s320/P1010612.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I inked Chyenne's paw and stamped it on a piece of paper and cut it out. After cutting it out I stuck it on the inside of the card with her name. On the other side we wrote a little note to him. Well that's my card, I hope you liked it.<br />

Went to Craft Warehouse yesterday and they had the <em>We R Memories Seweasy</em> on sale for 40% off. I use to cross stitch all the time and thought that this may be fun to add a little design to my cards. If you don't know what a Seweasy is here is a look at it below.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0bSmH35D9pS0Dpy7d9MAHqDqBFkCEBBIotQI6cszfhllPBzV8QCgJl5TQKhB75sXo0R9TozO0VO-zhM2Nf0BJo3jt-Tf8zozpH2GJXNKb3UGmQdsozlwDvFhWR-5_zrDlL3VDsDfjl1Ef/s1600/P1010601.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" naa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0bSmH35D9pS0Dpy7d9MAHqDqBFkCEBBIotQI6cszfhllPBzV8QCgJl5TQKhB75sXo0R9TozO0VO-zhM2Nf0BJo3jt-Tf8zozpH2GJXNKb3UGmQdsozlwDvFhWR-5_zrDlL3VDsDfjl1Ef/s320/P1010601.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiaYef2NTDbU8kt7OQ_rQeX5HgJ7XdEw2A7WNnDAtQDK1Hus288vQs8w1kJfADfxELH7QU_MFBYNMa9ITVj_1atFKR4vVSThGtazcaF7M0QSjcfWxaDTSi4wdDQngyFTRJbDQXigHP9LCcE/s1600/P1010602.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" naa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiaYef2NTDbU8kt7OQ_rQeX5HgJ7XdEw2A7WNnDAtQDK1Hus288vQs8w1kJfADfxELH7QU_MFBYNMa9ITVj_1atFKR4vVSThGtazcaF7M0QSjcfWxaDTSi4wdDQngyFTRJbDQXigHP9LCcE/s320/P1010602.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>Here is a closer look. It comes with the pink stitch piercer and the others are sold separately. You can see the basic shapes that each one pierces. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhOmeokKTTCdDgAhMh52erwYf4L_q_DFlGyaa2_Ggscgv1epXGMvu27P-FKJJWjV-LjCAHJ1JnApvFHSPmvwraNn562c55ixOB4-cvMTAclVfmuA-H1K6fCNUDsbLNRxaXeZwDGALeOjUNM/s1600/P1010604.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" naa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhOmeokKTTCdDgAhMh52erwYf4L_q_DFlGyaa2_Ggscgv1epXGMvu27P-FKJJWjV-LjCAHJ1JnApvFHSPmvwraNn562c55ixOB4-cvMTAclVfmuA-H1K6fCNUDsbLNRxaXeZwDGALeOjUNM/s320/P1010604.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I kept the cards that each piercing head came on because on the back it shows the different stitches that each one makes. You can see above that each one makes 3 different stitches. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhb42WiM_7yKHfHZXi97IIlU_bkkKw3N07AbQdec8fLyPWEG_L5t_USO8i5X48TjX541pn05-JrxrZaAz49fHxRq7qjHUa-PRBWTWtQ2jfe_P7jyhEVWTpI6G-Y1g2OZsF5m3BdTFxyBHmf/s1600/P1010603.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" naa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhb42WiM_7yKHfHZXi97IIlU_bkkKw3N07AbQdec8fLyPWEG_L5t_USO8i5X48TjX541pn05-JrxrZaAz49fHxRq7qjHUa-PRBWTWtQ2jfe_P7jyhEVWTpI6G-Y1g2OZsF5m3BdTFxyBHmf/s320/P1010603.JPG" width="320" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">Here is a closer look at what the piercers look like. They are very sharp. You place your paper on the foam mat and push down piercing the paper and roll it along the area you want pierced. It leaves the little holes in the paper and then all you have to do is sew it up. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgQ5dWxXkUbrli3OOCfgpsd7GKmzU5l1_lfdq8PwfTxWv-RH9Cgs_BCkQ264huJ0RAFvdElCKS4vm8SW0eR0_NnJh5pFS_g_KS6_yyik2LejbuJcQeFKsjNJd6TbpgzHjLlHgK6_cvq9a9g/s1600/P1010605.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" naa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgQ5dWxXkUbrli3OOCfgpsd7GKmzU5l1_lfdq8PwfTxWv-RH9Cgs_BCkQ264huJ0RAFvdElCKS4vm8SW0eR0_NnJh5pFS_g_KS6_yyik2LejbuJcQeFKsjNJd6TbpgzHjLlHgK6_cvq9a9g/s320/P1010605.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>Here is a quick card that I made so I could try my new Seweasy. I just wanted to try out the straight stitch piercer. I know I covered up a lot of it but you can see it on the bottom. It was really easy and fun to use. I used the <em>Walk In My Garden</em> cartridge for the flower. The Seweasy is not really for delicate areas that is why I hand stitched around the flower. I added <em>Tim Holtz Distressing ink</em> in <em>Wild Honey</em> around the edges of the flower and the tag. <br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh11sM-p4ApGrW-7subPSlvicmsixqazsnrywZ4aqDSNQ7gOQStZMg7SwB3uh19ZnCr7W0yVEwMYpL2WmeyzOLjD6i0FZ-dnwDkpg-iuC6LAZ_ueEkQ-tUAJu3vJMGi3Xg9sDJmDOUiiRuk/s1600/P1010606.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" naa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh11sM-p4ApGrW-7subPSlvicmsixqazsnrywZ4aqDSNQ7gOQStZMg7SwB3uh19ZnCr7W0yVEwMYpL2WmeyzOLjD6i0FZ-dnwDkpg-iuC6LAZ_ueEkQ-tUAJu3vJMGi3Xg9sDJmDOUiiRuk/s320/P1010606.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>The sentiment is from Studio G. I had bought these cute spiral brads a while back and kind of forgot about them, I really like them how could that have happened. I ripped the edge of the background paper instead of cutting it. I was going to ink it but I decided to leave it so there would be a more vibrant frame.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTl1_FAzVSFEFgn_NilHbpgoyMpPSbEUrDCf7SCnCgwBMqXKNZogNmgNWOyfnaNLJliFG2WM8fKKgoaeouEMyAUxzO5pNNI0sUacOKNarAowgQFwhKysQLwU0gWLAu8DSpYPrN6nb6xn8Q/s1600/P1010608.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" naa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTl1_FAzVSFEFgn_NilHbpgoyMpPSbEUrDCf7SCnCgwBMqXKNZogNmgNWOyfnaNLJliFG2WM8fKKgoaeouEMyAUxzO5pNNI0sUacOKNarAowgQFwhKysQLwU0gWLAu8DSpYPrN6nb6xn8Q/s320/P1010608.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>This is what it looks like from the inside, not to bad, I think I like it. Adds a little design to the inside as well as the outside. Any how at 40% off I got it all for $20, not bad for the handle, 6 stitch piercing heads, a needle and the mat. I hope to use it on more cards in the future. <br />
<br />
Thanks for stopping by and God Bless,<br />

I have a quick post for you tonight. When I purchased my Gypsy it came with 5 free cartridges loaded on it, one of them being <em><strong>Gypsy Wanderings</strong></em>. I was looking at some of the images and decided to make a set of 5 note cards. I figured that I could give these as a gift set in the future. I bought the note cards from Joann's and they measure 3" x 3", they came with little envelopes and I got them at 40% off. <br />
<div style="text-align: center;"> <a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhlJejVCzIuzTGwHLhSWZm7-Zkro02KcsYzvqFTGGXL3exbJFh1xBT8Etj3yIpSVAe_2_YVUEnf4FAcdpqjzrTZ2_L3GmYaSlT_U_IVHEXu96lCmdi7HSGQtgbU8Nd2XtlNEA_K7_w5bJz7/s1600/P1010581.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" naa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhlJejVCzIuzTGwHLhSWZm7-Zkro02KcsYzvqFTGGXL3exbJFh1xBT8Etj3yIpSVAe_2_YVUEnf4FAcdpqjzrTZ2_L3GmYaSlT_U_IVHEXu96lCmdi7HSGQtgbU8Nd2XtlNEA_K7_w5bJz7/s320/P1010581.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I was able to layout everything at once on my Gypsy and do it all in one cut. Have I ever told you how much I love my Gypsy. Makes things so easy and fast. Lay it out, place the paper colors in the corresponding places and CUT! How quick and easy...<br />

This weeks challenge is called: It's Hot Out There. The challenge is to use hot, bright colors on your project. Here is the card I made for this challenge using my Gypsy and <em>Create a Critter</em>.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZVXtunnvKMCHB627WfGu646e6pT3xHHIahP1nkoumgE8A5lS5v0gpzAIAbOlcpwGeaNu69nOUTGzL509obTkiPtcuyou4OpI3L-I8675oyFuaepCOxR6c5jn7OAYapj9Nouoyl7TTaKxp/s1600/P1010559.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" naa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZVXtunnvKMCHB627WfGu646e6pT3xHHIahP1nkoumgE8A5lS5v0gpzAIAbOlcpwGeaNu69nOUTGzL509obTkiPtcuyou4OpI3L-I8675oyFuaepCOxR6c5jn7OAYapj9Nouoyl7TTaKxp/s320/P1010559.JPG" width="240" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCTN2mO2m9QeOaT63cg9fagTTV6Oipa3djhYGxK7oUJqpCVC81-P6iMBS-n_0iT5YgO3kV1o2v9hjp-80hIZ_MepOG6EnqznwNn7KGaf8EFQxDZuIK-K1N7tF7gI6_J4bigHhg4PpI9nsp/s1600/P1010561.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" naa="true" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjCTN2mO2m9QeOaT63cg9fagTTV6Oipa3djhYGxK7oUJqpCVC81-P6iMBS-n_0iT5YgO3kV1o2v9hjp-80hIZ_MepOG6EnqznwNn7KGaf8EFQxDZuIK-K1N7tF7gI6_J4bigHhg4PpI9nsp/s320/P1010561.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>I used Tim Holtz Distressing Ink in Wild Honey to ink around everything. Then my Gelly Roll pen to stitch around the happy little sun, tag and card. Oh and a couple of cute little dots on his happy little cheeks.<br />

I thought that these cute little flower brads matched the back ground paper that is from DCWV. <br />

I made this card using the <em>Sophisticated</em> Cricut cartridge. So many pretty images on this cartridge. This was cut at 4 1/2" for the keyhole and 4" for the key.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvYLvwueJ51aIPiAJaHgkQiVLuOW6w7zM3VY6oq_5oNJoqDBqsW9W32w3cvotnmSuyUfq6w5oC-_MsJe3UruYAD6Lue4FCEdP_fGq00lWLvmL1eaoe_RncR7yvuEzNoN_6G8fxyDxkUbG0/s1600/P1010564.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhvYLvwueJ51aIPiAJaHgkQiVLuOW6w7zM3VY6oq_5oNJoqDBqsW9W32w3cvotnmSuyUfq6w5oC-_MsJe3UruYAD6Lue4FCEdP_fGq00lWLvmL1eaoe_RncR7yvuEzNoN_6G8fxyDxkUbG0/s320/P1010564.JPG" t$="true" width="240" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhOG87zGuHIXolU-dp1AKiT_K8ydfy7DnQ4lbaKHPkGTgVxCdS111ckxeElUqx1m27dzS-uNdDHAHk7ULfQpN4GjCgCOn3pjbbO57d1b2rDNpVwLd_hTwncQsdOWLbz-gebWXpCFNuELEHu/s1600/P1010566.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhOG87zGuHIXolU-dp1AKiT_K8ydfy7DnQ4lbaKHPkGTgVxCdS111ckxeElUqx1m27dzS-uNdDHAHk7ULfQpN4GjCgCOn3pjbbO57d1b2rDNpVwLd_hTwncQsdOWLbz-gebWXpCFNuELEHu/s320/P1010566.JPG" t$="true" width="320" /></a></div>Inked around the decorative top of the key with Tim Holtz Distressing Ink in Black Soot. Below I used Tattered Rose around the key hole and the ticket. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4x8R03vh3iyZcHT3FDygIpv4YDFaikAwU18z6120ld6kd4sH1WRyPCCZhAYnLVTql_ZXdn0d92UChW6QCW-2EpNsJC_o0uQ6iAWefNXmvtmqNkOdlHDDiXPxCx0pTHOHT7Clsn4qJQ35Y/s1600/P1010568.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4x8R03vh3iyZcHT3FDygIpv4YDFaikAwU18z6120ld6kd4sH1WRyPCCZhAYnLVTql_ZXdn0d92UChW6QCW-2EpNsJC_o0uQ6iAWefNXmvtmqNkOdlHDDiXPxCx0pTHOHT7Clsn4qJQ35Y/s320/P1010568.JPG" t$="true" width="240" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjmR6j8TLN-2PON1Q0pxiDz0Clf8HRmfiCbzVWjjvCTYilGpmNzbPTQBAa9lvYUF9IuIspHTRKUEcaJ6HrGcpxU_PjCCXlZSBdpYsExpx6z-Ko0CGol0KaMeumV9MfbptHFpYLM8koGLJQb/s1600/P1010567.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjmR6j8TLN-2PON1Q0pxiDz0Clf8HRmfiCbzVWjjvCTYilGpmNzbPTQBAa9lvYUF9IuIspHTRKUEcaJ6HrGcpxU_PjCCXlZSBdpYsExpx6z-Ko0CGol0KaMeumV9MfbptHFpYLM8koGLJQb/s320/P1010567.JPG" t$="true" width="320" /></a></div>I embossed the keyhole with my Textile Cuttlebug folder. The background was embossed with the Best Friends embossing set then inked with Tattered Rose. I used my Martha Stewart score board and scored some stripes on the key.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiD9U8FItyQmpHbn2CS2Xau91xNjGY1MVAk8sAKcIeptKGfp_t5Kw9cS64pjw9jeTubj0OMeICWDfTSN-0ifKtE5MA6qt1Ao-F3wkz4F4-XYa0IkBv0PwVjOx_FWeNX0JfKOghi3bTSw8En/s1600/P1010569.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiD9U8FItyQmpHbn2CS2Xau91xNjGY1MVAk8sAKcIeptKGfp_t5Kw9cS64pjw9jeTubj0OMeICWDfTSN-0ifKtE5MA6qt1Ao-F3wkz4F4-XYa0IkBv0PwVjOx_FWeNX0JfKOghi3bTSw8En/s320/P1010569.JPG" t$="true" width="320" /></a></div>I cut the keyhole out 2 times so I could layer it twice with pop dots. First 2 layers of the brown keyhole then 2 layers of the pink. I love how much it pops off the card. I hope you can see it, hard to photograph. Added ribbon and gems and all done. Hope you like it.<br />
<br />
God Bless you all,<br />

Anyone who has one of these little beauties knows what I'm talking about. I have always kept her in her case but decided to bring her out so I could try and use her more. Any-hoo I can't just let her be out without a dust cover so I made one for her. I love how it turned out. Here she is, but not very protected from the dust. <br />
