Isn't he just the cutest. I used my Gypsy and my Paisley cartridge, if you don't have a Gypsy you can find him on page 28.
The paper is from DCWV and is from the Once Upon A Time mat stack. The little envelope is from some scrap paper.I though the paper I used for the elephant looked kind of like elephant skin. The background paper had that really pretty gold corner accent on the opposite corner as well but I had to cut it off to fit the card. I still think it worked. I used Tim Holtz Distressing Ink in Vintage Photo to ink around the elephant, his ear and the letter.I added 3 little gems to the top right corner with my iRock. My son brought me home two pens in gold and silver. I used the gold one and a straight ruler to outline the card. I'm really happy with how it framed the card.
I used my Gypsy again and made the envelope large enough to fit the inside of the card and then added a sentiment. Oh I also inked up the edges of the envelope.
Here's a picture of the gold pen, they are really stinky when you use them but it sure goes on nice.
God Bless you all and thanks for stopping by.
